Bradenton man was arrested on charges of
resisting arrest and
battery following a fight with his neighbor and then the police officers who tried to
arrest him. According to the Sarasota Herald Tribune, police believe Carlos Olivas was “extremely
intoxicated” when he started a
fight with his neighbor around 3:00 a.m.
Police reports have Olivas smashing a window at his neighbor’s
home, threatening him, attempting to hit him and grabbing him. At that
point the neighbor called Sheriff’s deputies who had to Taser the man and use
pepper spray after he broke away and tried to run and also fought with the officers. There is no mention in the story of a
Bradenton Defense Lawyer representing Olivas.
