Aggravated Domestic Battery Charges Filed Against Pasco Teen

An 18-year-old Pasco County teenager has been charged with domestic aggravated battery charges after allegedly stabbing his half brother with a pair of scissors. The incident took place at their home in Holiday, Florida and began after an argument between the half brothers.

Shirone Turner was found with stab wounds around his neck and back when deputies arrived on the scene around 10:30 p.m. Turner was airlifted to St. Pete’s Bayfront Medical Center and is expected to survive. Turner is 27-years-old and the teen accused of stabbing him, Stanley Jones, Jr., is 18-years-old. There is no mention on the amount of bail or bond set for his aggravated battery charges.

Man Leaves Jail After Suspended License Arrest And Is Then Gunned Down In Dade City

Armando Uribe, Jr. was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license and spent 10 days in jail. After he was released from Land O’Lakes jail Sunday, he was found dead early Tuesday morning lying in a Pasco County street with a gunshot wound.

Uribe has been arrested in Pasco County previously on charges of domestic battery, drug possession and failing to appear in court. The death has been ruled a homicide by sheriff’s deputies but no suspect’s names have been released as of yet according to TBO.com. The 39-year-old was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

Manhunt Ends For Holiday Man Facing Cocaine, Battery And Possible Attempted Murder Charges

Tarenzo Ladarius Smith is going to need a good Pinellas Criminal Attorney because it seems like the 20-year-old is going to need one according to TampaBay.com. Smith was arrested following a manhunt that spanned Pasco and Pinellas counties and included a helicopter and a K-9 unit. He was wanted on warrants for sale of cocaine and a battery charge. The article also states that Smith is wanted by Tarpon Springs police in connection to an attempted murder in Pasco County.

Smith has a long record that started with a domestic battery charge at the age of 12. He was arrested in Pasco County a few years later on another battery charge. There are also arrests for possession of marijuana and cocaine and armed burglary according to records in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties. He was booked into Pinellas County jail.

Florida Woman Shoots At Boyfriend With A Shotgun Due To Self-Admitted Stupidity

Pasco County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested Susan N. Robbins on charges of
aggravated assaultand discharging a firearm in public. The woman shot the ground about six inches from her boyfriend in what she later described as an act of “stupidity” according to a story on TampaBay.com. Robbins’ boyfriend, Jackson L. Prescott, has been in prison five times on convictions for grand theft and
aggravated battery.

Robbins is being held at Pasco County jail. She told deputies that Prescott, who is now her ex-boyfriend had a history of abuse and lies. She said she wanted to stop him from hurting the new woman in his life. The story reports that this is the first arrest for Robbins and that Prescott was not hurt in the incident.

Tampa Man Charged In Fatal Hit-And-Run Stemming From December Incident

Tampa’s Justin A. Baker knew he hit something while driving on State Road 52 on the evening of December 12. The 30-year-old believed he had run over a deer. The Florida Highway Patrol believes Baker ran over and killed 56-year-old Marie A. Magee. They have charged Baker with leaving the scene of an accident with injuries or death.

Baker was arrested more than a month after the hit and run incident took place. He was jailed at the Pasco County Jail and released on $10,000 bail. The FHP believes that Baker’s pick-up truck has damage that is consistent with hitting a person. Baker told the FHP he heard reports of the woman wo died that evening on the same road where he hit something and he thought it was possible it could have been his truck.
